Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Platify, provided by Platify. By messaging our WhatsApp number or using platify.in, you agree to them.

The service

Platify lets real-estate professionals create and manage property listings over WhatsApp and share them as web pages, collections and a broker page, and lets buyers view listings and book site visits. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

Your account is tied to the WhatsApp number you use with Platify. You are responsible for activity from that number and for keeping access to it secure.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and details you send. You grant us a licence to store, process, format and publish them for the purpose of providing the service.
• You confirm you have the right to share that content and to list the property, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Descriptions drafted by Platify are based on what you send; please review your listings and correct anything that isn't right.

Acceptable use

• No false, misleading or unlawful listings, and no content you don't have rights to.
• No spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Follow applicable laws, including RERA requirements where they apply to you.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these terms.

Transactions

Platify is a tool for presenting listings. We are not a party to any sale, lease or brokerage arrangement and don't verify properties, prices or the people involved.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Platify reliable but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a revised date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
